- 2 large, chopped onions
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 can mushrooms (4 oz. size)
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 c. rice (Minute)
- 3 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute onions in oleo until brown.

2Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.

3Add rice and saute another 5 minutes.

4Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; bring to a boil.

5Pour over rice mixture. Cover and shut off heat.
