- milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs or crushed croutons
Directions

1Drain clams.

2Add milk to clam juice to make 1 1/2 cups.

3Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in flour.

4Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.

6Cook until thickens; boil 1 minute more.

7Remove from heat and cool.
