  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 envelope onion mushroom soup
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 soup can water
