- 12 ounces bone in pork chops (thin cut)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 12 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 12 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 12 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Coat small casserole dish with Olive oil.

2Add balsamic and herbs and stir to evenly distribute.

3Drag pork chops through mixture to evenly coats both sides and leave bothe in dish and cover and return to refrigerator.

4Marinate 1 hour turning the pork chops once.

5Preheat oven to 350AA

6Cook covered for 30 minutes.

7Turn the pork chops and return to the oven uncovered for 20 minutes.

8(Cooking time will be longer for thicker chops).
