- 4 lb. chickens, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
Directions

1Place chicken pieces in a large shallow pan.

2Pour all ingredients over chicken.

3Let stand a couple of hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning chicken over occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over glowing outdoor grill, cooking meat side first, then skin side.

4Baste frequently with the marinade sauce.
