Ingredients

  • 4 lb. chickens, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves

Directions

    Place chicken pieces in a large shallow pan.

    Pour all ingredients over chicken.

    Let stand a couple of hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning chicken over occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over glowing outdoor grill, cooking meat side first, then skin side.

    Baste frequently with the marinade sauce.
