- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. creamed small curd cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients, beating well after each addition.

3Form a stiff dough.

4Add more flour, if needed.

5Let rise in warm place until double in size.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.
