- 2 tbsp. mixed herbs (chives, mints, parsley, sage, tarragon)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

1Let butter sit at room temperature till softened.

2Add in herbs and juice to butter in bowl and mix well.

3Return to refrigerator.
