  • 10 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli spears
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese
  • paprika

Directions

    Thaw, drain and cut broccoli spears into bite-size pieces and set aside.

    Slice breasts into 1/2-inch strips.

    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pound between sheets of plastic wrap.

    Spray skillet with no-stick cooking spray and saute chicken until no longer pink.
