Ingredients

  • 1 12- to 14-inch pizza crust
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 to 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 to 4 Tbs. shredded fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh marjoram
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh oregano
  • 4 oz. shredded low-fat, regular or soy mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450F.

    Prebake fresh pizza crust, if using, for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Remove from oven, and set aside to cool slightly.

    Brush pizza crust liberally with olive oil.

    Sprinkle crushed garlic and herbs on top of pizza, and add cheese.

    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

    Remove from oven, and serve.
