Ingredients
- 13 cup basil
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons oregano fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 each garlic cloves halved
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp large, peeled
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in food processor.

2Pulse until mixture is coarsely chopped.

3Add olive oil and process until well blended.

4Combine herb mixture and shrimp in a large bowl and toss to coat.

5Cover and marinate shrimp in fridge for 30 minutes.

6Remove shrimp from bowl.

7Thread onto 12 six inch skewers.

8Prepare grill.

9Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray.

10Grill three minutes on each side or until done.
