- 2 pound swordfish steaks
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except fish.

2Put fish in shallow baking dish and pour marinate over fish.

3Prick all over with a fork.

4Marinate for 1-3 hrs, turning several times.

5Barbeque over warm grill for approximately 3 min per side.
