  • 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp. Each salt and pepper
  • 1 butterflied leg of lamb (about 3 lb.)

Directions

    Mix dressing, wine, garlic, herbs and seasonings.

    Pour over lamb in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate, turning occasionally.

    Place lamb on rack in roasting pan.

    Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is cooked through (160F).

    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

    Garnish with fresh rosemary.
