- 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. Each salt and pepper
- 1 butterflied leg of lamb (about 3 lb.)
Directions

1Mix dressing, wine, garlic, herbs and seasonings.

2Pour over lamb in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.

3Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate, turning occasionally.

4Place lamb on rack in roasting pan.

5Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is cooked through (160F).

6Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

7Garnish with fresh rosemary.
