- 8 ounces diced onions
- 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 32 ounces chicken stock
- 1 lb stuffing cubes
- 1 granny smith apple
Directions

1heat the oil on medium high.

2add onion and celery and cook for 5 mins.

3add herbs and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4add butter and stock and bring to a simmer.

5combine with croutons and grated apple.

6add mixture to backing dish.

7back on center rack of oven or 30 mins or until stuffing is browned and cooked through.
