  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen waxed beans, green beans and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

    Place vegetables and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 9-11 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Meanwhile, combine the thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Drain vegetables; drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture and toss to coat.
