  • 2 large tomatoes, cored and halved crosswise
  • 12 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 23 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

    Place tomato halves cut side up, in an ungreased 2-qt.

    In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, flour and seasoning.

    Spoon mixture onto tomato halves.
