- 2 large tomatoes, cored and halved crosswise
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 23 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place tomato halves cut side up, in an ungreased 2-qt.

3In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, flour and seasoning.
