Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Asiago cheese (can substitute Parmesan cheese)
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. each: oregano, basil and Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray sides and bottom of spring-form pan with vegetable spray.

3Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese. Press mixture onto bottom of pan; set pan on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.

4Beat cream cheese; beat in melted butter, garlic and herbs.

5Mix in Worcestershire sauce, then add eggs, one at a time.

6Pour filling over crust.

7Bake 1 hour; turn off heat and leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes with door ajar.

8Cool, then cover and refrigerate.

9Unmold onto plate and serve with crackers.
