- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450F.

2Place butter in 9x13-inch baking dish.

3Heat in oven until butter melts.

4Stir baking mix, milk and sugar in large bowl until soft dough forms.

5Transfer dough to lightly floured surface.

6With floured fingertips, pat out dough to 9x13-inch rectangle.

7Using sharp knife, cut dough into thirteen 1-inch-wide strips.

8Cut strips in half crosswise.

9Place strips evenly atop butter in pan.

10Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and paprika, then with grated Parmesan.

11Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

12Recut strips and serve hot.
