- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 c. quartered carrots
- 1 tsp. snipped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Directions

1In heavy saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar.

2Add quartered carrots.

3Cover tightly.

4Cook over low heat

5for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Season to taste.

7Sprinkle with snipped parsley and dried, whole tarragon (crushed).

8Don't drain.
