- 5 to 6 slices bacon
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 c. chicken broth

1In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings.

2Crumble bacon; set aside. To skillet, add drippings, celery, onion and half of the broth; cover and simmer until barely tender, about 7 minutes.
