- 1 1/2 c. crabmeat (approximately 10 crabs)
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- coarsely ground black pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. fresh tarragon (optional)
Directions

1Pick over crabmeat to remove all shells and cartilage.

2Heat the margarine until it bubbles and cook crabmeat in it until just heated through.

3Season crabmeat with salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs.

4Serve on toast points and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
