- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium diced tomato
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary
Directions

1Break beans and place in 1 1/2 quart dish, add water.

2Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High for 10 minutes.

3Let stand for 3 or 4 minutes.

4Place pepper, oil and onion in 1 quart dish. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.

5Drain beans, add pepper mixture and remaining ingredients, stir well.

6Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
