Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 12 cup sliced raw carrot
  • 12 cup broccoli, tips
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Add rice to broth (or water) and bring to a boil.

    When boiling, add vegetables & seasoning, return to boil; reduce heat.

    Simmer for approx 20 min (until water is absorbed, rice is tender).
