  • 4 (1-inch) lamb chops
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. crushed oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

    Place chops in shallow dish.

    Combine ingredients and 1/4 cup water.

    Pour over chops, cover and refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally.

    Place chops on unheated rack of broiler.

    Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.

    Brush with marinade, turn and broil 3 to 5 minutes more.
