Herbed Spinach Bake

  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
