  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 pints Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups Parsley Leaves, Chopped
  • 8 leaves Basil, Julienned
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme Leaves
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and stir to coat with the olive oil and garlic. Saute until the tomatoes start to split, but have not completely lost their shape. Add the herbs and salt and pepper. Saute for about 2 minutes. Serve warm.
