- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. walnut halves
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed dried rosemary or 5 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place butter and oil in large pan and melt in oven.

3Scatter nuts in pan, stir to coat, spread out in single layer.

4Scatter seasonings evenly over nuts.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes, shaking and stirring several times until nuts are golden brown but not burned.

6Drain (if necessary) on paper towels and serve warm or at room temperature.
