Herby Potato Corn Chowder

  • 1 vidalia onion (small-med)
  • 4 idaho potatoes, peeled and cut in squares
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 12 organic Swanson chicken broth (box)
  • 1 12 cups heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    chop onion and potatoes and place in pot on med heat until potatoes soft.

    add all chicken broth - simmer for 10 minute.

    add all herbs, spices, and corn.

    after 10 min, place 1/3 of soup into blender - pour back into pot.

    add heavy cream 10-15 min before serving - stir well.
