- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water (105~ to 116~)
- 2 c. Herman
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- cinnamon filling
- powdered sugar glaze
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl; stir in Herman, butter, salt and 1 cup flour.

2Beat on high speed 3 minutes.

3Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

4Place on floured board; cover with towel.

5Let stand 10 minutes.
