  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. hickory nuts

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Stir in hickory nuts.

    Pour into a glass 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 300° for 25 minutes.
