  • 5 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
  • 5 rounded tsp. Morton tender curing quick salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. peppercorn

Directions

    Mix together well.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.

    Take out 3 days in a row and mix well.

    On the 4th day, make 3 rolls and bake in broiling pan for 8 hours at 180°.
