- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 c. V-8 juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In a heavy skillet brown hamburger lightly and remove fat. Chop celery, carrots, pepper, onion and canned tomatoes.

2Add all ingredients to hamburger except cheese and V-8.

3Saute until onions appear transparent.

4Stir in V-8 juice.

5Cover and steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until carrots are tender.

6Sprinkle cheese over mixture.

7Cover.
-
8Allow cheese to melt.

9Serve.
