  • 1.25t of Dry Yeast
  • 3 1/5 cups of strong wholemeal bread flour
  • 100g of strong white flour
  • 25g of very strong white flour
  • 25g of soya flour
  • 50g of oat bran
  • 3T canola(rapeseed) oil
  • 1T honey
  • 1.5t of salt
  • 400ml water

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a bread machine, yeast first then flour and the rest on top

    Bake for 5 hours
