- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.

2Beat eggs until light and thick.

3Stir in flour and 1/3 of milk; continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened - about 30 seconds.

4Add remaining milk and butter gradually, beating until mixture is free from lumps, 1 to 2 minutes.

5Pour into greased baking cups (I will use a muffin pan), filling them a little less than half full.

6Bake at 210C for about 40 minutes.
