Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

    Sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.

    Beat eggs until light and thick.

    Stir in flour and 1/3 of milk; continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened - about 30 seconds.

    Add remaining milk and butter gradually, beating until mixture is free from lumps, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Pour into greased baking cups (I will use a muffin pan), filling them a little less than half full.

    Bake at 210C for about 40 minutes.
