- 1 c. uncooked oats
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Pour milk over oats; let stand 5 minutes.

2Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and lightly stir in eggs into oats mixture. Add honey then add dry ingredients and oil, stirring until blended.

3Cook on a hot lightly greased griddle.
