- 1 box Ritz crackers (regular)
- 2 pkg. chocolate almond bark, melted
- 1 jar Jif peanut butter
Directions

1Spread a generous amount of peanut butter and sandwich between 2 Ritz crackers.

2Repeat until box of crackers is finished.

3Melt the chocolate almond bark over low heat (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).

4If chocolate becomes too thick, add 1 tablespoon Crisco shortening until melted.

5Dip crackers into melted chocolate with fork; hold over pan until excess chocolate drips off.

6Place on aluminum foil to dry.

7Repeat until all cookies are gone.

8These are a very easy cookie to make and they freeze wonderfully.
