- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 6 crisply cooked bacon slices
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.

2Scoop out centers leaving 1/8-inch shell.

3Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream and margarine.

4Mix until blended.

5Stir in bacon.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Fill shells.

8Place on a cookie sheet.

9Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
