- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread, cubed (including crust)
- 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs and pour over other ingredients, tossing lightly.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Refrigerate 12 hours.

4Bake 35 minutes at 350° for a souffle breakfast.
