  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread, cubed (including crust)
  • 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs and pour over other ingredients, tossing lightly.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate 12 hours.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350° for a souffle breakfast.
