- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups dried bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients. Add blended eggs and oil. Mix. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Makes 2 loaves of bread. Grease and flour pans. Pour mixture into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
