- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1/2 lb. finely chopped nuts
- Hershey bars
Directions

1Spread over a 6 x 8-inch pan.

2Melt butter in heavy pan.

3Add brown sugar until candy thermometer reaches 268° to 270° (hard ball stage).

4Put nuts on pan.

5Pour hot mixture over nuts.

6Place Hershey bars on top of hot mixture.

7Let melt and spread over top. Refrigerate until hard.

8Break in pieces.

9Store in refrigerator. Yummy.
