  • 8 ounces, weight Merktz Cheddar Cheese, Softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 stick Butter, Softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion, Top Only
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Black Olives
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions

    Cream together cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter.

    Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mix to combine.

    Fold in onion and olives.

    Form into a ball (use Saran Wrap or waxed paper) and press on chopped pecans.

    Cover well will Saran Wrap and chill overnight.
