- 1 lb. lean pork, cubed
- 1/2 lb. frozen raw shrimp, shelled, deveined and chopped
- 4 c. bean sprouts
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. egg roll skins
- 1 egg, beaten
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Heat vegetable oil.

2Cook pork until it loses color.

3Add shrimp.

4Cook for 1 minute.

5Add vegetables and salt.

6Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.

7Sprinkle with cornstarch; mix well. Stir in soy sauce.
