- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brandy, rye or bourbon
- 1/3 c. Jamaican rum
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 3 c. milk
- nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, slowly stirring in brandy and rum.

2Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and milk.

3More milk can be added if you care to have a very thin eggnog.

4Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
