- 2 eggs
- 2 c. water
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury date or nut bread mix
- 2 c. pecans, halved or chopped
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. (12 or 13 oz.) candied cherries
- 1 c. candied pineapple, cut in wedges
Directions

1Grease and flour bottom and sides of 12 cup Bundt tube pan. In a large bowl, combine eggs and water.

2Add remaining ingredients, by hand.

3Stir until combined.

4Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool 30 minutes.

7Loosen edges and remove from pan.
