- 1 1/3 c. (about 7 oz.) whole almonds
- 1 1/4 c. (about 5 oz.) pecan halves
- 1 c. (about 4 oz.) walnut halves
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, toss nuts with oil. In a small bowl, combine all spices except salt.

3Add the spices to nuts, tossing nuts to cover evenly with spices.

4Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

5Bake for 10 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with salt.

6Makes about 3 cups.
