- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 medium onion, minced

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pat out meat, one-inch thick, onto cutting board.

3Cut into one-inch cubes.

4Roll cubes into balls.

5Place onto cookie sheet.

6Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until browned.

7Drain on paper towels.

8Meatballs may be frozen or served at this point.
