- 1 c. fudge mint cookies, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. hot water
- graham cracker crust
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 6 to 10 drops green food color
- red hots
- spearmint leaves
Directions

1Mix cookies and hot water; spoon over crust.

2Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, milk and peppermint extract.

3Fold in whipped topping.

4Divide mixture in half.

5Add green food coloring to half.

6Fill pie crust, alternating dollops of white and green whip.

7Smooth with spatula.

8Chill for 3 hours.
