- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 oz. jar pimientos, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.

2Cook peas according to package directions substituting reserved liquid for equal amount of water; drain.

3Cook onion and celery in butter in saucepan until soft.

4Add mushrooms and pimientos; heat thoroughly.

5Add peas and seasonings; heat through.
