  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. shortening, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions
