- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. shortening, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients; beat well.
