- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt
Directions

1Melt butter on cookie sheet at 325°.

2Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar to whites; beat.

3Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir.

4Spread pecans on cookie sheet.

5Stir every 10 minutes to separate nuts.

6Bake 30 minutes.

7Remove and sprinkle with salt. Cool and store airtight.
