- 4 lb. boiled potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Peel cooled potatoes; add cheese.

2(Shred potatoes.) Saute onion in oleo; add soup and sour cream.

3Pour over potatoes. Refrigerate overnight.

4Next day, sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with butter.

5Cover with tinfoil.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
